By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
General
Strictly no refunds. Calcellation is allowed before the payment process.
To finish an artwork, it takes me 1-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the drawing and my schedule. Please also understand that I will be working on other artworks in between commissions.
I'll keep you updated with progress photos every phase. You may request minor revisions during the commission process. If there is a deadline, please let me know before I start the commission. Deadline = additional charges.
I have the right to reject an order if the commission is something I'm uncomfortable with or I'm not capable of.
Usage of the commissioned artwork for AI or NFT purposes is strictly prohibited.
Payment
Payments will be given upfront and are done through PayPal only.
At least 50% of the total price payment must be made before proceeding the sketch. The total price must be paid before receiving the final HD PNGs.
Copyright
I, the artist, have the rights to the commissioned artwork. Therefore, I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to display the commissioned artwork to my social media platforms, website or portfolio.
The client has the rights of their original character/s but not the commissioned artwork itself.
You, the commissiomer, is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. Please credit me when you use the commissioned artwork online. (Ex: art by @rel_rifda)
The commissioners may NOT alter nor reproduce/sell and claim the artwork as their work.
Commercial Use
Additional charges will be required for commercial usage (2x of the original cost).
With commercial rights the client is allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork, this includes all digital and physical use. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
